식혜는 쌀과 엿기름,유기농설탕으로 만든 한국전통 음료수입니다.
명절이나 잔치 때 음식을 푸짐하게 먹은 뒤 달고 시원한 식혜 한 대접을 마시면 후식으로도 좋고 소화에도 도움이 됩니다.

보관및 먹는방법
▶1.식혜를 만들자마자 얼려서 드리기때문에 받으셔서 냉장보관하시기바랍니다.
▶2.얼려진 식혜는 상온에 20분정도 두시면 조금 녹아서 살얼음같이 됩니다.
▶3.살얼음 식혜가 제일 맛있습니다.
▶4.냉장3일, 냉동한달 권장합니다.
▶5.일주일 이상 두고 드실거면 냉동보관 해주세요.
▶6.드시기전에 병을 한번 흔들어서 드시기를 권해드립니다.  

🔸️Sikhye (Sweet Rice Drink)

Sikhye is a traditional Korean sweet drink made from fermented rice, malt, and sugar. 

It has a refreshing and sweet taste that is often enjoyed as a dessert or after a rich meal.

Sikhye is believed to improve digestion and promote good health.



Storage and Eating Instructions for Sikhye:
▶1. Sikhye is frozen immediately after production. Store it in the refrigerator upon receipt.
▶2. Thaw frozen Sikhye at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes for a slushy texture.
▶3. Slushy Sikhye offers the best taste.
▶4. Recommended storage is 3 days in the refrigerator and within a month if frozen.
▶5. If kept for more than a week, it is advisable to store it in the freezer.
▶6. Shake the bottle before consuming.
